Breckenridge Summer Vacations

Breckenridge is a great mountain community geared for an extended summer stay. Breckenridge is very accessible with shuttle service or rental car from Denver International Airport (DIA) following Interstate 70 into the mountains. The ride through the mountains is worth the price of the shuttle. Your trip to Breckenridge takes you through the continental divide via the Eisenhower Tunnel and then opens to a vast valley (drivers don't have to touch the gas peddle for 8 miles) with the cities of Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge waiting to greet you. Breckenridge boasts a wonderful view of the snow capped peaks of the continental divide's western slope.

The combination of the Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne community resources makes this area highly conducive to extended stay vacations. There is ample shopping, activities, a disc golf course, a fun alpine slide, hiking and biking trails, recreational centers, buses, etc...
